We provide IAQ assessments, analytical testing services, asbestos inspections, mold inspections, water damage inspections and evaluations. Air quality can have a major impact on the health of inhabitants. Evergreen Air Quality Services provides air quality testing for your home or business using state-of-the-art equipment to identify any potential hazardous issues in your building such as:

We’ve been in the indoor air quality testing industry for more than 20 years, and work with commercial, industrial and residential clients throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and the greater Orlando area. Our team is trained in assessing the indoor air quality of buildings to ensure that they’re meeting safety standards, including OSHA requirements.
Once testing of your building is complete, you will receive a full report within 48 hours that includes a lab analysis, visual observations and photos with detailed recommendations on what needs to be performed to the property to improve its air quality.
We will also provide a comprehensive remediation plan to return buildings to pre-environmental event state, including remediation guidelines for the contractor performing the work.

We are IICRC-certified, which means we adhere to a strict code of ethics and standards when it comes to air quality. Our Maine office is conveniently located in Windham, Maine, and we serve clients in Maine and New Hampshire. Our Florida office is conveniently located in Orlando, Florida and we serve clients in the Greater Orlando, Florida area.
