Why Independent Testing Matters
Evergreen does not sell remediation, repairs, or cleanup. That means the information you get is not tied to selling you the next service. You get findings from a company whose only job is testing, so you can make your next decision with clear information, whoever you choose to work with after that.
How Testing Works
01
Share your concern. Tell us what you’ve noticed, whether that’s how your air feels, a musty odor, past water damage, or an upcoming renovation.
02
Inspection and testing. Depending on the scope, this may include an on-site inspection, sampling, or both.
03
Laboratory analysis, where applicable. Some testing scopes include lab-analyzed samples to provide measured results.
04
A clear report. You receive findings you can use to decide what to do next, whether that’s monitoring, further evaluation, or no action at all.
For Businesses and Property Owners
If you manage a building or property, independent testing can give you documentation to support due diligence before you make a facilities or property decision, whether that involves a lease, a sale, or a concern raised by your team or occupants.
