Payment is due upon completion of service
Larger projects may require deposits or phased payments
Late payments may incur additional charges
Returned payments may incur processing fees
We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice
Same-day cancellations may result in a fee
We may reschedule appointments due to safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
