Testing costs depend on the service and the scope of the evaluation.
The right cost depends on what you need evaluated, how much of the property is involved, and what type of testing or sampling is appropriate. Evergreen bases pricing on the testing scope needed for the property and concern being evaluated.

Post-Remediation Clearance Testing
For: Property owners who need independent testing after remediation or other corrective work has been completed.
Price: $450
What it is for:
Independent post-remediation testing within the defined project scope.
Additional scope:
If the project requires testing beyond the package scope, the appropriate additional work should be discussed before testing.

Mold Testing Cost
Mold testing does not have one universal price for every property.
The scope may vary depending on the concern being evaluated, the areas involved, and the type and number of samples required.
For example, a focused concern involving one area may require a different scope from a property requiring evaluation of multiple areas.

Indoor Air Quality Testing Cost
