Late payments may incur additional charges
Returned payments may incur processing fees
We reserve the right to decline future service until outstanding balances are paid.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice
Same-day cancellations may result in a fee
Evergreen Air Quality may reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control
