We’ve been providing indoor air quality testing services for more than 20 years and work with commercial, industrial, and residential clients throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and the greater Orlando, Florida area. Our team is trained in assessing the indoor air quality of buildings to ensure that they’re meeting safety standards, including OSHA requirements.

Once air quality testing of your building is complete, you will receive a full report within 48 hours that includes lab analysis, visual observations, and photos with detailed recommendations on what needs to be performed on the property to improve its air quality.

We will also provide a comprehensive remediation plan to return buildings to the pre-environmental event state, including remediation guidelines for the contractor performing the work.

Angelo Quatrano

Maine DEP Licensed Asbestos Inspector

Angelo earned his CIEC designation from the nationally recognized ACAC after years of field experience. As our Maine and New Hampshire Senior Indoor Environmental Consultant, Angelo is responsible for the day-to-day management of all projects in those states. He can also be found in the field providing Indoor Air Quality Inspections, providing schools in Maine with their required AHERA inspections, sampling suspected asbestos containing materials, and providing final comprehensive Indoor Air Quality reports that encompass correcting or removing the cause of the poor indoor air quality. Angelo is also a State of Maine DEP licensed Inspector, Air Monitor, Design Consultant, and Management Planner.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Angelo spent 9 years in the restoration field with Octagon Cleaning and Restoration. During that time Angelo served as an Estimator, the Operations Manager, and the last 5 years as the General Manager.

Angelo was born and raised in Maine. He currently resides in Gorham with his wife and youngest son. Angelo has a passion to educate and help the people of his community, the state of Maine and New Hampshire breathe healthier indoor air and avoid exposure to asbestos.

Lynn Campbell

Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant(CIEC)

Lynn earned his CIEC designation from the nationally recognized ACAC after years of field experience. As Our Senior Indoor Environmental Consultant. Lynn is responsible for the day-to-day management of all projects in the Greater Orlando Area. He can also be found in the field providing Indoor Air Quality Inspections, sampling suspect materials, and providing final comprehensive Indoor Air Quality reports. Lynn is also Water Damaged certified and holds an ASCS certification from the National Air Duct Cleaning Association(NADCA).

Prior to joining Evergreen Lynn spent 10 years in the restoration field with Octagon Cleaning and Restoration. During that time Lynn served as a Water Damage specialist, mold remediation project manager, and Indoor Air Quality Specialist. Additionally, during his tenure with Octagon, he held the role of Marketing Director and Air Duct Division Manager.

Lynn earned his business degree from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. He has recently moved to Orlando with his wife and two sons. Lynn is eager to help and serve the Greater Orlando Community.
